Nirmal Menon is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in service and operations management within the energy sector. Currently serves as the IT Service & Operation Manager for Trading Gas & Power Europe at Shell since May 2017. Prior to this role, Nirmal held positions at Wipro as a Managing Consultant focused on Asset Performance Management, and at IBM in various capacities, including Senior Techno Functional Consultant for the Ichthys LNG Project and Operation Landscape Manager for Shell’s Downstream Distribution.
