Nitesh Chandra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics and data strategy. Currently serving as Manager - ecom Analytics at Shell since July 2019, Nitesh specializes in product ownership, strategy development, and driving revenue opportunities, along with creating Go to Market strategies and providing subject matter expertise for new solutions. Previously, Nitesh held the position of Team Lead - Data Science, where robust data strategies and analytics dashboards were established to enhance data-driven decision-making. Nitesh's earlier experience includes significant roles at Concentrix, starting as Deputy Manager and advancing to Manager - Digital Media Analytics, where responsibilities included leading social media practices in the SA region and advising stakeholders. Nitesh's career began at Genpact as a Process Developer before advancing through various managerial roles. Nitesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Patna University, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
