Noor Khan

Noor Khan currently serves as the Director and Head of Government Relations Policy & Advocacy at Shell, starting in October 2025, and is a member of the Shell India Leadership Team. Prior to this role, Noor Khan was the Vice President & Head of Advocacy and Regulatory at Jio-bp from February 2021 to September 2025, where responsibilities included strategic engagement with the Government of India and various stakeholders. Previous experience includes positions at Samsung Electronics as Deputy General Manager for Public Affairs and Corporate Citizenship, Chief Manager for Gas Marketing at Indian Oil Corp Limited, and Deputy Director at the Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board. Additional early career roles involved managing consumer sales at Indian Oil and an internship at Engineers India Limited. Noor Khan holds an MBA in Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
