Norene Wolff

Norene Wolff is an experienced professional in integration optimization and risk management, currently serving as Senior Integration Optimization Manager at Shell since July 2023. Wolff has a robust background in portfolio and enterprise risk management, having managed key risks at Phillips 66, and previously held managerial roles in commercial risk at Marathon Petroleum Corporation and Andeavor. Earlier experience includes brokerage positions at INTL FCStone Financial Inc. and Ulysses Commodities LLC, as well as analytical roles at Mercuria Energy America, Inc. and BP.
