Nur Pelin B. is the HSSE Culture & Systems Manager for Qatar Shell, where they lead efforts in transforming safety culture and performance. With extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, Nur has worked on major projects globally, including the Valemon Project and various initiatives at Shell. They hold dual B.Sc. degrees in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering and Environmental Engineering from Middle East Technical University, alongside an M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering and a diploma in Coaching. Nur actively champions diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
