Olesea Mereuta is currently the Business Performance & FPA Lead at Shell, where they have held various roles since 2018, including Planning & Reporting LNG Performance Lead and Senior Finance Business Analyst. Previously, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Emerson Process Management and held multiple positions at Invensys Operations Management and Judiciar IPURL, including Forensic Accountant and Financial Analyst. Olesea earned a Master's degree in Financial Engineering with honors from Babes Bolyai University and has also pursued CIMA certification. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and IT for Management from Babes-Bolyai University.
