Olga J. Armstrong, PhD, is an accomplished integrator and strategist with over 15 years of experience in safety leadership, stakeholder management, and the delivery of multibillion-dollar projects. Known for fostering strong relationships across various organizations, Olga served as the Shell Technical Authority (TA2) in Technical Safety, managing crucial safety scopes during project phases. Previous roles include an Asset Integrity Intern at PinnacleAIS and a Junior Integrity Engineer at the Corporation for the Investigation of Corrosion. Olga earned a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Texas A&M University and is currently involved as a board member of Powering Women of Every Race and Ethnicity in the Shell Network.
