Omar Mustafa, MBA, CPHR, has an extensive career in human resources, currently serving as the Head HRiB & OD for the Asset Directorate at Brunei Shell Petroleum since January 2009. In addition to this role, Omar has held various leadership positions within Shell, including GTL & Qatar Learning Country Manager and HR Business Partner Lead at Basrah Gas Limited. Previous experience includes HR Account Manager roles at LNG Canada and Shell, as well as an Organizational Design Analyst and HR Analyst. Prior to joining Shell, Omar worked as a People Services Coordinator/Recruiter at SMART Technologies. Omar holds a Master of Business Administration from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa.
