Oscar G. Herdocia

Oscar G. Herdocia is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience at Shell since 2008, currently serving as a U.S. Energy Transition & Sustainability Advisor. In this role, Oscar supports the U.S. Country Chair's team in implementing Shell's energy transition strategies while previously managing various engineering and project roles focused on shale, gas, and deepwater projects in Latin America. Prior experience includes a tenure at BP, where Oscar held key engineering and project management positions in major projects such as the Greater Plutonio Project and the Horn Mountain Project. Oscar holds a Master of Business Administration in Sustainability Studies from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston. Additional education includes a focus on sustainable entrepreneurship from EGADE Business School.
