Otis Gordon

Otis Gordon MBA has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, serving as a Production Technician at bp from August 2015 to January 2017, followed by a notable tenure at Shell from February 2017 to January 2024, where roles included Operations Team Lead, Shift Supervisor, and Control Room Operator. During this time, Otis oversaw DeltaV and Experion operations, significantly enhanced production, and successfully managed turnarounds on time and within budget. Additionally, in the capacity of Emergency Response, Drops and Control of Work Lead, Otis introduced a DROPs prevention strategy that notably reduced dropped object incidents. Prior experience includes work as an Offshore Plant Operator at Repsol.
