Paola Santoli is a seasoned Project and Commercial Manager with extensive experience in the engineering and energy sectors. Currently, Paola serves as a Founding Partner at Exergy Connect and as the Benchmarking Lead for Deep Water Projects at Shell. Paola's previous roles include Senior Project Engineer at Allseas Engineering BV and Project Manager at Shell, where they led various significant projects within the EMEA region. Paola holds a Master’s degree in Environmental and Territorial Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Trento, supplemented by studies in Civil and Structural Engineering at The University of Sheffield.
