Pascal Brands is currently a Lead SAP Process Expert in asset management at Shell, where they are part of the Global Business Excellence team, shaping the next version of SAP: S4HANA. Pascal has over 15 years of experience in operating production processes in energy, oil, and chemicals, including significant roles in maintenance excellence and procurement. They began their career as a freelance IT system engineer and have held various positions, including Senior Business Performance Advisor and Maintenance Scheduler at Shell. Pascal holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Process Management from ISBW and a qualification in Organic Chemistry from PITO Stabroek.
