Pascal Eder is currently the Technical Project Lead for Namibia Growth at Shell and serves as a Senior Explorationist at Brunei Shell Petroleum Co. Sdn. Bhd., a position held since 2025. Previously, Pascal worked as an Exploration Geoscientist at Shell from 2016 to 2020, where responsibilities included leading multidisciplinary projects in the UK and Russia. Pascal also completed internships at GDF Suez Energie Deutschland AG and RWE Dea AG in 2010. They hold a BSc in Geoscience from Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg im Breisgau, a PGDip in Geology from the University of Auckland, and an MSc in Integrated Petroleum Geoscience from the University of Aberdeen.
