Paul Cebula

Paul Cebula is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at Shell, overseeing annual brownfield TIC projects valued between $20M to $30M across multiple terminals in Canada since September 2020. Previously, Paul held various leadership roles at Shell Midstream Partners LP, including MI Business Lead, where $30M Business Analytics platform solutions were implemented, and Cost Competitiveness Lead, achieving significant Opex savings through process improvement initiatives. With a comprehensive background in project management and engineering within Shell from June 2011 to July 2018, Paul successfully managed high-stakes pipeline projects and led multiple facilities engineering initiatives.
