Paul Gelderblom

Paul Gelderblom is a physicist and computer scientist with extensive experience in applied research and software development across various businesses, from startups to multinationals. They have spent 14 years managing and motivating professionals, demonstrating a proven ability to generate value. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Consultant, Paul also held numerous roles at Shell, including General Manager of Data Science, where they managed a team of 60 Data Scientists and led innovative projects in geophysics and machine learning. Prior to this, Paul contributed to the development of medical imaging applications and created a novel cross-device UX platform as a lead developer at Lost Boys.
