Paul Hawes

Paul Hawes is an experienced human resources executive with a diverse background in various leadership roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Upstream Global Deepwater at Shell since March 2013, Paul has held several key positions including Vice President of Human Resources at Ascend Performance Materials, Vice President of HR for the Network Security Business at McAfee, and Global VP of Human Resources at Secure Computing. Prior to these roles, Paul held HR leadership positions at CIGNA Health Care and Royal Dutch Shell, including Global HR Director. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Labor Relations and HR from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
