Paul Kimpton is a self-motivated individual with 40 years of experience in process automation, control, and electrical engineering within the chemical and oil refining industry. Currently, Paul serves as a Volunteer and Chair of the Board of Trustees at North Clwyd Animal Rescue while consulting on instrumentation and automation systems. Previously, Paul held leadership roles at Shell in various capacities, including Engineering Manager and PACO Team Lead, overseeing teams of engineers and ensuring technical assurance for multi-billion dollar projects. Paul earned a B.Eng (Hons) in Integrated Engineering Systems from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Higher Tech Certificate in Measurement and Control from Halton Technical College Widnes.
