Paula Mitchell

Paula Mitchell is a dedicated Production Manager and Deputy GM at Shell, where they continue to hone their leadership skills. Previously, they served as General Manager of Asset Management at Sherritt International Corporation and held various roles at NOVA Chemicals, including Engineering Services Leader and Project Manager. Paula earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Alberta, which laid the foundation for their extensive career in engineering and management. They are passionate about mentoring and challenging others to surpass their limits while continually seeking personal growth.
