Pauline Boeira

Pauline Boeira has extensive experience in the engineering and technology sectors, currently serving as the CCUS Technology Programme Lead at Shell since October 2016. Prior to this role, Pauline held the position of Sustainable Gas Senior Lead at Shell and worked as a Principal Engineer focused on R&D at BG Group from February 2014 to October 2016. Additional experience includes serving as an Engineering Project Coordinator at Technip, where responsibilities involved overseeing significant projects such as the Statoil ERW Project, and working as a Process Job Leader for multiple initiatives, including Petrobras drilling and platform projects. Earlier in the career, Pauline was a Senior Process Engineer at Intertechma Tecnologia Ltda and led process jobs at Estaleiro Mauá. Pauline holds an MSc in Neural Networks for Polymeric Processes from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
