Pawan Jaiswal has extensive experience in process control and automation within the oil, gas, and power sectors. Since February 2012, Pawan has served as Lead Base Layer Process Control at Shell, focusing on advanced process control engineering. Prior to joining Shell, Pawan worked at Honeywell Process Solutions as a Senior Control System Engineer, leading projects related to DCS and PLC control systems. Pawan's earlier roles included positions at Yokogawa and Oerlikon, focusing on process control system engineering and commissioning. Pawan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
