Pedro Rincon

Pedro Rincon is a highly experienced professional in the field of materials, corrosion, and integrity management. With a career spanning over two decades, Pedro currently serves as Principal Integrity at Shell, delivering technical solutions for deepwater operations and leading global integrity teams. Previous roles include Regional Discipline Head for Materials, Corrosion and Inspection in Nigeria, and Head of Materials and Corrosion Engineering for PDO, where strategic leadership and effective team management were priority accomplishments. Prior to Shell, Pedro held positions at Harvest Vinccler, overseeing fluid and corrosion engineering as Superintendent, and at PDVSA as a trainee engineer. Pedro holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
