Pei Mei Lim

Pei Mei Lim has extensive experience in financial management and accounting, particularly within the Shell organization, spanning various leadership roles from 2012 to 2025. As the Shell Malaysia EP Controller at Shell Shared Service Centre Kuala Lumpur Sdn Bhd, Pei Mei Lim oversaw financial planning, reporting, and accounting activities for a team of nearly 80 staff. Previous roles include Project Manager focused on Downstream system changes, Financial Accounting & Controlling Lead for the Manila team covering North America and Latin America, as well as Finance Manager for Shell Malaysia and other Shell entities. Pei Mei Lim's earlier career includes positions at DFK International and KPMG Malaysia, where responsibilities included statutory audits and corporate restructuring, providing a robust foundation in financial services across various industries.
