Peter Cullen is an experienced Continuous Improvement Lead and Master Black Belt currently working at Shell Exploration & Production, where they manage the Lean and Business Improvement programs in the Well & Reservoir Management function. Previously, Peter served as the Regional Director of Six Sigma & Operational Innovation at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide from 2006 to 2009. Peter also held leadership roles at Shell, including overseeing Continuous Improvement for Global Mobility and the Global Contingent Workforce Programme. They earned a BSc Hons in Geology from Durham University between 1992 and 1995.
