Phil Coventry

Phil Coventry is an accomplished professional with a strong foundation in engineering and military experience. A graduate of Loughborough University with a First Class Honours degree in Chemical Engineering and an MSc with Distinction in Process Technology and Management from the University of Strathclyde, Phil's career includes significant roles at Shell, ranging from an Undergraduate Process Engineer at St Fergus Gas Plant to Operations Supervisor and Deputy Offshore Installation Manager on the Brent C platform. Additionally, Phil served as a Midshipman in the Royal Navy Reserve, where key responsibilities included leadership development and naval strategy training.
