Phil Hartley is currently the Operations Projects Lead at Shell Canada, where they have been since 2012, following their role as Shift Team Lead from 2006 to 2012. They have extensive experience in commissioning procedures, HSE continuous improvement, and decommissioning projects. Phil transitioned to the oil and gas industry after a thirty-year career in pulp and paper. They completed a degree in Mediation at the University of Calgary in 2004.
