Philip Bogaert

Philip Bogaert is a Senior Secondee at Shell, currently engaged in deepwater projects in Brazil, specifically as Gerente Geral Adjunto for the Libra Project. With extensive experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, Philip has held various operational and project management roles at companies such as Shell and Petrobras, including positions as Production Technologist and Asset Team Leader. Philip earned a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from IFP School and has completed postgraduate studies in Business Management and Administration at KU Leuven, further enhancing their expertise in production technology and project management.
