Philip McDowell

Philip McDowell is a highly motivated Engineering Leader (CEng MIMechE) with extensive experience in complex and regulated environments. They currently serve as the Regional Engineering Service Lead for Shell in Europe and South Africa, where they leverage their expertise in team leadership, technical support, and operations management. Previously, Philip has held roles such as Mechanical Engineer and Senior Reliability & Integrity Engineer at Shell, contributing to various projects in the UK North Sea. They earned a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering with Aeronautics from the University of Strathclyde, where they graduated with distinction. Philip's collaborative approach and strong communication skills enable them to effectively lead and motivate teams.
