Pol Christophory is a multi-lingual results-oriented manager currently serving as the Regional Key Account Manager for Shell in Europe, driving growth in lubricants across international key Motor Factor groups. Previously, they held various roles at Shell, including Operational Excellence Manager, where they led a team to enhance customer experience across four countries. Pol's extensive background also includes positions such as Brand Manager and Territory Manager, where they achieved significant operational excellence and developed innovative marketing strategies. They hold a BA (Hons) in Business with Psychology and an International Master's in Marketing.
