Praveen Arora is a results-driven HSSE and Process Safety leader with over 34 years of global experience in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries, including more than 20 years at Shell. They have held various senior roles, such as Head of Technical Safety at Thaioil Group and Safety Manager for Upstream International, where they specialized in Safety and Process Safety leadership across multiple regions. Praveen's expertise spans risk management, leadership, and cultural change, enabling them to drive business improvements and transformation effectively. They also possess an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and are currently pursuing further education at INSEAD.
