Priya Dua is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over 15 years of experience in various HR roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Human Resource Specialist at Shell since January 2020, Priya provides expertise in employee and industrial relations within the Shell Business Operations IT Hub in Bangalore. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Trent Ltd as Head of Human Resources for the South Region, overseeing HR operations for retail formats, and as Deputy Manager HR, where strategic HR initiatives were a focus. Additional HR experience encompasses roles at Cafe Coffee Day and Pantaloon Retail India Limited, with responsibilities ranging from recruitment and payroll management to employee engagement and statutory compliance.
