Rafaella Madella is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in the oil and water sectors. Beginning a career with an internship at Raincatcher Imperial in 2011, Rafaella progressed to a technical internship at Thames Water in 2012. From January 2017 to June 2019, several roles were held at Shell, including Life Cycle Well Engineer for Subsea Abandonments, Wellsite Drilling Engineer, Wells Engineer focusing on Detailed Design for Shallow Water/Land, Performance Wells Supervisor, and Wells Performance Engineer in Global Wells Performance & Planning. Rafaella earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering with First Class Honours from Imperial College London, after completing A-Levels and IGCSEs at The English School in Nicosia, Cyprus.
