Rajeev Narayan

Rajeev Narayan is a seasoned professional with over 27 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Technical Team Lead for Distillation R&D and Light Ends at Shell since December 2011, Rajeev has spearheaded initiatives focused on reducing Scope 3 emissions and has achieved notable successes, including the first commercial deployment of an ultra-high-capacity tray and advancements in waste plastic chemical recycling. Previously, as Production Manager at Reliance Industries Limited, Rajeev was instrumental in achieving 100% production targets and promoting safety protocols within the Delayed Coker complex. Rajeev holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Assam Engineering College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
