Rajesh Kalra

Rajesh Kalra is a seasoned Project Controls Leader with over 22 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, specializing in governance and assurance for capital projects. They have successfully managed extensive projects, including a $1.3 billion aluminum smelter as a Project Manager at Vedanta Resources and a £1.5 billion decommissioning portfolio at Shell. Currently, Rajesh leads project services for Arrow upstream projects, focusing on decision-making and risk management while mentoring engineering teams. They hold a PG in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, along with a Senior Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
