Rakiya Iyamabo is a seasoned health professional with over 26 years of experience in pharmacy and health management roles within an international organization. Rakiya holds an MSc in Leadership and Management from Sheffield Hallam University, is a Fellow of the West African Post-Graduate College of Pharmacists, and is a member of the International Federation of Pharmacists (FIP). Currently, Rakiya serves as the Manager of Health Performance and Operational Excellence at Shell Health Global, where they develop operational tools and digital processes to achieve compliance and optimize performance. Previously, Rakiya worked as the Business Advisor to the Shell Health VP and as the Project Manager for the ‘Future of Health’ Project, overseeing significant initiatives. Rakiya is driven by a desire to grow as a business leader and to support others in their development.
