Ram Ratnakar is currently a Senior Researcher at Shell, where they perform state-of-the-art research on new energy technologies and mentor colleagues across multiple disciplines. Previously, Ram held roles as a Researcher and Reservoir Engineer at Shell from 2012 to 2018 and gained experience as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the University of Houston between 2007 and 2012, where they completed a PhD in Chemical Engineering. Ram also interned at Halliburton in 2009 and earned a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2007.
