Raman Ojha is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as President of Shell Aviation since August 2005, overseeing global operations, joint ventures, and sales of fuels and sustainable solutions. Previously held roles include Global Head of Shell's Construction & Road Business, where Raman led efforts to decarbonise the construction sector, and Director - Vice Chairman of the Shell Foshan Joint Venture in China. Raman’s earlier positions at Shell also included managing the Bitumen & Sulphur global strategy and marketing, as well as leadership roles in the lubricant business in India and the Americas. Prior to joining Shell, Raman worked with ExxonMobil and Ernst & Young, providing strategic pricing advice and solutions in the energy sector, alongside initial experience in internal audit and credit management roles. Educationally, Raman holds a Master of Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi, complemented by leadership programs from 2003 to 2009.
