Ramona Nicolau

Ramona Nicolau is a Senior Production Technologist with Shell, contributing to the Global Waterflood Team since 2014. With a background in petroleum engineering, they have specialized in production technology, reservoir surveillance, artificial lift, and project management. Previously, from 2004 to 2014, Ramona held various senior roles at Schlumberger, leading initiatives in production optimization and operational efficiency. They earned a Master’s degree in Reservoir Engineering and a Bachelor's in Petroleum Engineering from Oil and Gas University in Ploiesti, Romania.
