Raphael (Raphy) Chines is a seasoned business partner and advisor currently serving as a Strategy Advisor for Low Carbon Solutions at Shell. With over 20 years of experience in profit improvement and business growth, Raphy has successfully led strategic initiatives across a range of industries, including manufacturing and technology. Prior to their role at Shell, Raphy held positions such as Director of Strategy and Business Operations at Inspire and Engagement Manager at L.E.K. Consulting, focusing on strategy consulting in media, entertainment, and technology. Raphy earned their MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.
