Rashmikant Swain is a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of experience in Corporate Finance, International Corporate Tax Compliance, Reporting, and Internal Control. Currently serving as a Senior Tax Lead at Shell, Rashmikant oversees UK corporate tax compliance and reporting. Previously, Rashmikant held roles including Financial Controller at Adadyn Technologies and Corporate Tax Manager at Misys Software Solution. Rashmikant has also contributed to compliance and internal control at Kotak Securities and has a strong academic background, holding a degree in Accounting and Business Management from Utkal University and a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants India.
