Raymond Pluijmen

Raymond Pluijmen is a transformational change consultant with over a decade of experience in guiding organizations through transformative initiatives. Currently, they drive change initiatives at Shell, focusing on change strategy, stakeholder management, and change measurement. Previously, they worked as a management consultant at Accenture and served as a policy advisor during their traineeship at the Ministerie van Veiligheid en Justitie. They hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Design and Development from Radboud University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen.
