Raymond Richard

Raymond Richard has extensive experience in the fire service and emergency management, with notable roles at various fire departments including the Westwego Fire Department as a Firefighter from January 2002 to December 2012, and the Harvey Fire Department as an Operator/Firefighter from August 2004 to October 2011. In addition, Raymond Richard served as an Operator/Firefighter at the David Crockett Fire Department from August 2003 to August 2004. Transitioning to technical roles, Raymond Richard worked at Shell from August 2018 to April 2022 as a Technical Safety Specialist, Emergency Services Technician, and Emergency Services Team Lead. Briefly, Raymond Richard also held the position of Crew Driver at Exstein Marine Gulf in August 2007. Educationally, Raymond Richard holds a degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Louisiana State University.
