Reginald Banks

Reginald Banks has been with Shell since 2002, serving in various leadership roles, including Vice President of Organizational Development and Learning, and Head of Learning Solutions for Customer and Commercial sectors. Reginald has extensive experience in performance consulting, training, and coaching, focusing on the development of leadership skills for individual performers. Prior to Shell, Reginald worked as a Manufacturing Control Planner at Thyssen Stearns Inc. and held the position of Customer Service Supervisor at Viking Office Products.
