Reginald Bellizaire

Reginald Bellizaire has extensive experience in the engineering and business development sectors, primarily with Shell from June 2000 to the present, where roles have included Business Development Lead and Business Manager overseeing various strategic and operational initiatives, including annual business planning and asset management. In previous positions, Bellizaire has led teams in instrumentation and process control at the Deer Park Facility and improved maintenance processes as the Maintenance Excellence Manager. Currently, Bellizaire also serves as Business Director at Arianne Bellizaire Interiors, LLC, handling IT and project management, and as Chief Executive Officer at RASLB Group LLC, focusing on project management consulting and real estate investments. Bellizaire holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
