Renuga Manohar

Renuga Manohar is the Head of Integrated Resourcing Malaysia with over 20 years of experience in HR, specializing in remuneration, global expatriate services, and continuous process improvement. Renuga previously worked as a Process Improvement Advisor at Regal Guardian, a Payroll Consultant at VSource Consultants, and held various roles at Shell, including International Mobility Operation Manager and Compensation, Process and System Advisor. Renuga possesses a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde and multiple degrees in Computer Science. Currently, Renuga is passionate about enhancing HR operations and driving efficiencies within the organization.
