Rianne Aslan-Koster

Rianne Aslan-Koster is an OD and Learning professional with a strong digital skillset and a diverse background in Finance, Learning, Talent, Policy, and Digital. They served as an OD & Learning Advisor and Digital People Lead at Shell from 2011 to 2017, where they focused on capability building and digital transformation. Prior to that, Rianne held various roles in financial consultancy and content management, including Assistant Controller positions at companies like Centric Financial Consultancy and Unilever. Rianne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Breda University of Applied Sciences and a Post-HBO degree in Economics from De Haagse Hogeschool.
