Rich Hall

Rich Hall is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Project Manager at Shell and a Package Lead at Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind LLC since October 2023. Hall's career includes roles as a Senior Project Manager at Exelon and ARH Associates, Inc., and engineering positions at PhilaPort and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
