Richard Hill

Richard Hill is a seasoned legal leader serving as General Counsel for Downstream and Renewables at Shell, where they oversee a global team of legal professionals. Previously, Richard held various roles, including Associate General Counsel for Litigation in Europe, Asia, and Africa, and has extensive experience as a barrister, senior associate, and partner in reputable law firms. Richard is a Bencher of Gray's Inn and has a strong background in international arbitration and litigation. They earned a BA and MA in Music from Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge, and completed the Bar Vocational Course at City, University of London.
