Holding a PhD in Geology from Keele University, Richard is recognized for their ability to develop high-performing teams and drive successful exploration initiatives, contributing significantly to major discoveries and organizational growth. Additionally, they have served as a Board Member and led various geological and technical projects throughout their career.
