Rifaa Al Harthy

Rifaa Al Harthy is currently the SC Commercial Excellence and ICV Lead at Oman Shell, where they develop and execute strategies to enhance supply chain performance while ensuring compliance with local content regulations. Previously, Rifaa held various roles within Shell, including Contracts Specialist and Contracts and Materials Management Lead, showcasing a robust background in procurement and contract management. They earned a law degree from Monash University in 2008, completed an Executive MBA at The Wharton School in 2009, and pursued a Diploma in Early Childhood Education in 2019. Rifaa is also passionate about children's education and runs a home business focused on educational toys and baked goods.
