Rik Loman is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in lean consulting and program management. Currently serving as a Management Consultant at Kaizen Institute Netherlands since February 2015, Rik also holds the position of Global Program Manager contracted by Kaizen Institute at Shell since February 2022. Previous roles include Lean Consultant and Engagement Manager at Rijkswaterstaat from September 2019 to March 2023, and Management Consultant at Direct2Improve from February 2015 to January 2023. Rik has also worked with prominent organizations such as ASML, the Immigration and Naturalization Service, and the Ministry of Security and Justice. Rik possesses a Master's degree in Policy and Organization Sciences from Tilburg University, obtained from 1995 to 2001.
